If you're a child of God, but your soul still feels dirty from the residue of recent failures...it's time for a cleansing bath. God stands ready to wipe those things away and restore your fellowship with Him, if you'll just "confess and turn" from your sins. You don't need to be re-born, you just need to be refreshed in your walk with Him (cf. 1 John 1:9).
